**Production Description** 

Vacuum extruder ,an automatic brick extruding machine, is widely used in the process of producing bricks which can be made by coal gangue, shale ,fly ash, slug and clay ,etc. It adopts the advanced technology from German KWS Co., and makes various hollow bricks according to German production standard. It is also allowed to use the GFK trademark.

The machinery was adopted by Wear resistant metal spraying technology which was applied to the screw, pug mill, axis of screw. The harden surface gear was adopted in reducer, clutch are a component with own patent, all the treatments make the machine life-saving, meanwhile the reasonable design, compact structure reduce the energy consumption, without any shaking during working, even the extruder can working normal without foundation bolts.

 It is the most advanced vacuum extruding machine in the world. It can save 20% of the power under the same situation on pressure and quantity compared with the common vacuum extruder.

It is adopted the high_quality alloy steel materials which is manufactured with carburizing, quenching, grinding process, Level-6 grade precision, the hardness is up  to HRC54~62 with feature of high loading capacity and long service life. 

3. Shaft: 

It is adopted the Chinese top quality shaft material: 40Cr or marketing code 45, all the material with heat treatment ,which has advantages of good wear resistance, large transmission torque and long service life. 

4. Bearing 

     All bearing shall be adopted the international famous brand Timken Bearing and Chinese famous brand Hawaluo bearing etc.
